Waitlist Terms & Conditions

The basics

By joining the ReceptionStar waitlist, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree,please don't sign up. Pretty straightforward.

Your account

Use your real email address and name when you request access. We'll use this to contact you aboutReceptionStar. If you provide fake information, we might not be able to reach you when we launch,and that would be a shame.

How referrals work

Everyone who joins gets a $30 credit. Refer someone and get another $20 credit when they sign up.Here's what you need to know:

• Referrals need to be real people using real email addresses
• Credits apply to your ReceptionStar subscription (not cash)
• You can earn unlimited credits through referrals
• Credits don't expire
• You can't transfer credits to someone else

What you can't do

Don't abuse the system. Specifically:

• Don't create fake accounts to refer yourself
• Don't use bots or automated tools to generate fake signups
• Don't spam people with your referral link
• Don't mislead people about what ReceptionStar is to get referrals
• Don't try to game the system in any way

If we catch you doing any of this, we'll remove your credits and may ban you from using ReceptionStar entirely.We check for suspicious activity regularly.

We can change things

We might adjust the referral program (like changing credit amounts), modify features,or even end the waitlist program if needed. We'll do our best to give you a heads up,but we're not legally required to.

If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll email you. Continuing to use the waitlistafter changes means you accept the new terms.

No guarantees

The waitlist program is provided "as is". We're building something we think you'll love,but we can't guarantee it'll be perfect or that it'll work exactly as you expect.

If something goes wrong with the waitlist or your credits, our responsibility is limited tofixing the issue or, at most, refunding any credits affected. We're not liable for any indirectdamages or lost opportunities.

Disputes

If you think we made a mistake with your credits or have a problem with your account,email us at support@receptionstar.com and we'll sort it out. Most issues can be resolved quicklywith a friendly conversation.

These terms are governed by Australian law (we're based in Australia).If we can't resolve something through discussion and it needs to go to court,it would be in Australian courts.
